MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know.

Can the laser damage the surface being cleaned?

No. When set correctly, the laser is selective and removes only contaminants from the surface, without damaging the substrate. For each project we always set the parameters according to the type of material, and we recommend a sample test before the actual work.

Can you make a free test sample?

Yes, before a larger order we are happy to prepare a test sample directly on your material or in a less visible spot on the building. The test lets us verify the right technology, cleaning parameters and the result you can expect.

How long does impregnation last?

A high-quality hydrophobic impregnation usually protects the surface for 5 to 10 years, depending on the material, its absorbency and weather exposure. After this period, we recommend an inspection and, if necessary, renewal of the protective layer.

How do anti-graffiti systems work?

An anti-graffiti system creates a protective layer on the surface that prevents paint from penetrating the pores of the material. Graffiti can then be removed quickly and gently – with sacrificial systems together with the layer, which we then renew.

How much do your services cost?

The price depends on the type of surface, degree of soiling, area and chosen technology. After a site survey or receiving photos, we will prepare a tailored, no-obligation price quote.

Do you also work on site with mobile equipment?

Yes, both our laser and high-pressure equipment is mobile, and we carry out the work directly at your site – in a production hall or on a construction site. All we need is access to the work area and, depending on the technology, a power connection or a water supply.

Will cleaning affect operations or cause downtime?

We schedule cleaning to keep downtime to a minimum, for example during shutdowns, at weekends or in sections. Laser cleaning is a dry process without abrasives or chemicals, so we often clean moulds and equipment directly on the line.

Which areas do you work in?

We work in industry and automotive, in the cleaning of production halls, façades, paving and heritage sites, as well as in surface protection and impregnation. We carry out projects throughout Slovakia and, by arrangement, in neighbouring countries.
